|. Lead the implementation of the Construction Quality Management Plan;
. Conduct periodic Quality Audits on processes and procedures and report on non-conformances and potential implications of non-compliances;
. Assure controls process are aligned with approved methodology and procedures;
. Track the non-conformances from initiation to closing and register the lessons learnt;
. Provide inputs for all project related reports and presentations,
. Establish and monitor implementation of the verification system/ procedures;
. Assist Quality Personnel, maintain the site facility for filing quality records, including document registration, the preservation of records in storage to assure against damage, loss and sabotage and the final submission of documentation.
. Provide guidance and assistance to all site staff with respect to any aspect of the quality system applied to the Project.
. Manage and coordinate all quality activities on site, including assignment of quality personnel to activities / work areas on site, including QA/QC Engineers/Supervisors, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and Independent Testing Parties.
. Reply to Non-Conformances by performing root cause analysis and replying to the as per the corrective action required and by following up the required rectifications in accordance to Chapter 15 of this Plan
. Assist the Project Quality Personnel to inspect the Works, including delivered materials, in order to verify that these meet the contract quality requirements.
. Coordinate with the Laboratory and other Inspection and Testing Facilities.
. Ensure that the documentation generated by the inspections, tests and surveys meets the requirements of this PQP and the Contract.
. Issue when necessary required Internal Field Observations Reports (IFOR) for any deviation from the Specification and Quality Plan, Procedure and workmanship and any defaults occurs. Follow up with the internal concerned department / office to cover the gaps and closing the opened IFOR
. Issue When necessary required Internal Non-Conformance Reports (INCR) to, following up corrective and preventative action.
